Analysis of pesticide residues in vegetables in Ganzhou City
Objective This paper aims to understand the residues of pesticides in vegetables in Ganzhou city,and to provide guidance for determining the focus of supervision and scientific consumption.Methods From 2021 to 2022,271 samples were collected from farmer's markets and supermarkets in 18 counties and districts of Ganzhou City,and 37 pesticide residues were detected in the samples according to the National Food Pollution and Hazardous Factors Risk Monitoring Work Manual.Results Of 271 samples,the total detection rate was 52.8%,the over standard rate was 3.69%.The detection rate in fresh beans was the highest(72.7%),followed by leaf vegetables(62.6%).Five insecticides were detected,the detection rate was 11.1%,and the over standard rate was 2.21%.13 fungicides were detected,the detection rate was 45.8%,and the over standard rate was 1.48%.The highest detection rate was 41.3%in dimethomorph,followed by fenoconazole and propionazole(35.4%and 28.8%,respectively).10 samples exceeded the standard,of which prohibited pesticides chlorpyrifos and triazo-phos were observed in 4 samples,indicating illegal use.Conclusion The utilization rate of fungicides in vegetables in Ganzhou city is relatively high,and there are certain security risks.It's necessary to continue to strengthen the publicity of pesticide knowledge,strengthen the dynamics of monitor and supervision,and ensure the product quality and safety of vegetables.
