Analysis of monitoring results of foodborne pathogens in cooked meat products in Wenling City from 2020 to 2022
Objective This paper aims to understand the status of bacterial contamination of cooked meat products in Wenling City,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of food-borne diseases.Methods From 2020 to 2022,238 cooked meat products from different markets were randomly collected and conducted for the test of Listeria monocytogenes,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Vibrio parahemolyticus according to national standard methods.Results Of the 238 col-lected samples,212 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 89.08%.26 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected,of which the detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes was the highest(6.14%),followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus(5.85%).The qualified rate in the third quarter was the lowest(54.76%).The qualified rate of cooked meat products sampled from different markets was the lowest(83.33%).In different kinds of cooked meat products,the qualified rates of soy sauce meat,roast meat and boiled meat were 88.32%,89.47%and 93.33%,respectively.There was no statistical significance on the differ-ence in the qualified rates of different kinds of cooked meat products(P>0.05).Conclusion There are different degrees of foodborne pathogenic pollution in cooked meat products on sale in Wenling City,and relevant departments should strengthen health supervision.
