银川市夏季饮水和游泳池水三卤甲烷暴露水平及健康风险评估

目的 了解银川市夏季饮水和游泳池水三卤甲烷的暴露水平,并对其健康风险进行评估.方法 2022年7月-8月采集银川市兴庆区、金凤区和西夏区生活饮用水和室内游泳馆池水,依据《生活饮用水标准检测方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)测定三卤甲烷的浓度,计算不同年龄组人群饮水经口、经皮肤及游泳池水经皮肤暴露水平,并进行致癌和非致癌风险评估.结果 银川市夏季饮用水、游泳池水三卤甲烷均有检出,游泳池水三卤甲烷的浓度高于饮用水.三卤甲烷经口和经皮肤的暴露水平三氯甲烷>二氯一溴甲烷>一氯二溴甲烷>三溴甲烷.三卤甲烷经口暴露水平约为经皮肤暴露水平的15倍~30倍.6岁~8岁人群三卤甲烷的致癌风险最高,其值为3.86 × 10-5,15岁~17岁人群三卤甲烷的致癌风险最低,其值为2.23×10-5.结论 银川市夏季游泳池水三卤甲烷检出率高于饮水,夏季三卤甲烷经口暴露水平高于经皮肤暴露水平,不同人群饮水和游泳池水三卤甲烷的致癌风险在可接受范围内,非致癌风险远低于1,低龄儿童三卤甲烷的致癌风险明显高于成人人群.
Exposure levels and health risk evaluation of trihalomethanes in drinking water and swimming pool water in summer in Yinchuan City
Objective This paper aims to know the exposure levels of trihalomethanes and health risks in drinking water and swimming pool water in summer in Yinchuan City.Methods Drinking water and indoor swimming pool water in Xingqing District,Jinfeng District and Xixia District of Yinchuan City were selected from July to August in 2022.The concentrations of trihalomethanes were determined according to Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water(GB/T 5750-2006),and the levels of trihalomethanes exposed orally and through skin and swimming pool water were detected to evaluate the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks.Results Trihalomethanes were determined in drinking water and swimming pool water in summer in Yin-chuan City,and the concentration of trihalomethanes in swimming pool water was higher than that in drinking water.The expo-sure levels of trihalomethanes presented a tendency of trichloromethane>dichlorobromomethane>dichlorobromomethane>tri-bromomethane.The oral exposure level of trihalomethanes was about 15-30 times of the level exposed through skin.The carci-nogenic risk of trihalomethanes in 6-8 years old group was the highest,and its value was 3.86 × 10-5.The carcinogenic risk of trihalomethanes in 15-17 years old group was the lowest,and its value was 2.23 × 10-5.Conclusion The detection rate of trihalomethanes in swimming pool water is higher than that in drinking water in summer in Yinchuan,and the oral exposure level of trihalomethanes is higher than dermal exposure level.The carcinogenic risk of trihalomethanes of populations is in the accept-able range in drinking water and swimming pool water,and the non-carcinogenic risk is much lower than 1.The carcinogenic risk of trihalomethanes of young children is significantly higher than that of adults.
