摘要
目的 了解武汉市娇口区托幼机构消毒效果卫生状况,分析存在的问题,以便进一步加强管理.为开展托幼机构的消毒工作提供科学依据.方法 2018年1月-2022年12月通过现场抽样检查和采样检测方法,对武汉市娇口区托幼机构消毒质量状况进行监测与评价.结果 共采集该区托幼机构各类消毒对象3 690件,消毒质量平均合格率为89.13％.各种监测对象中,手(幼儿、老师以及炊事员)、物体表面(桌面、毛巾、玩具、床架)、餐具(口杯)、使用中消毒液、室内空气合格率分别为73.80％、97.02％、92.14％、99.73％、89.97％.公立托幼机构合格率为98.28％,民办托幼机构合格率为85.50％,不同性质托幼机构合格率差异有统计学意义(x2=126.73,P＜0.05).结论 武汉市娇口区托幼机构消毒质量总体较好,仍需加强手卫生和室内空气卫生管理和消毒措施,应重点加强对私立托幼机构的管理.
Abstract
Objective This paper aims to understand the disinfection effect and hygienic status in nursery institutions in Qiaok-ou District of Wuhan City,analyze the problems and strengthen management,and provide scientific basis for carrying out disin-fection work in nursery institutions.Methods From January 2018 to December 2022,the disinfection quality in nursery insti-tutions in Qiaokou District of Wuhan was monitored and evaluated through on-site sampling inspection and sampling detection methods.Results A total of 3 690 sterilized objects were collected,and the average qualified rate of disinfection was 89.13％.Among the various monitoring objects,the pass rates of hands(of children,teachers and cooks),object surfaces(desktops,towels,toys,bed frames),tableware(cups),disinfectant use,indoor air were 73.80％,97.02％,92.14％,99.73％,89.97％,respectively.The qualified rate of disinfection in public nursery institutions was 98.28％,and that of pri-vate nursery institutions was 85.50％,and the qualified rate between different nursery institutions had statistical significance(x2=126.73,P＜0.05).Conclusion The disinfection quality in nursery institutions in Qiaokou District of Wuhan is gener-ally good.The management of hand hygiene and indoor air hygiene still needs to be strengthened.Special attention should be given to the private nursery institutions.
