稳心颗粒辅助治疗急性冠脉综合征患者临床疗效观察及对患者缺血J波、脑钠肽和炎症因子影响

摘要
目的 探讨稳心颗粒辅助治疗急性冠脉综合征患者临床疗效及对患者缺血J波、脑钠肽(BNP)和炎症因子影响.方法 分析本院于2021年1月—2023年1月收治的急性冠脉综合征患者104例,按照随机表法分为观察组53例与对照组51例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合稳心颗粒治疗.2组疗程均为3个月.比较2组治疗前后各项指标的变化.结果 观察组治疗总有效率(90.57％)高于对照组(70.59％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组治疗后缺血性J波发生率降低(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后缺血性J波发生率低于对照组(x2=4.735,P＜0.05).2组治疗后血清hs-CRP和MMP-9水平降低(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后血清hs-CRP和MMP-9水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).2组治疗后血浆BNP水平降低(P＜0.05);观察组治疗后血浆BNP水平低于对照组(t=13.748,P＜0.05).2组均未见明显不良反应.结论 稳心颗粒辅助治疗急性冠脉综合征患者临床疗效显著,且可减少缺血性J波发生及降低BNP水平和炎症因子水平,值得临床借鉴.
Abstract
Objective This paper aims to investigate the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule in the adjuvant treatment of acute coronary syndrome and its influence on ischemic J wave,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and inflammatory factors.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 104 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,who were divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(51 cases)by random method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of control group.The treatment courses were both 3 months.The changes of various indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.57％)was higher than that of the control group(70.59％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of ischemic J wave decreased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05).The incidence of ischemic J wave in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(x2=4.735,P＜0.05).Serum hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels decreased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05).The serum hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Plasma BNP levels decreased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05).The plasma BNP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(t=13.748,P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions was observed in both groups.Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of Wenxin Granule in patients with acute coronary syndrome has significant clinical effect,and can reduce the occurrence of ischemic J wave and the level of BNP and inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical reference.
