Evaluation of Coupled Coordination and Dynamic Evolution of Supply and Utilization of Medical Resources in China from the Perspective of Supply-Side
Objective To study the coupled coordination evaluation and dynamic evolution of medical resources supply and uti-lization in China, and provide useful reference for rational allocation of medical resources. Methods The coupled coordination de-gree model,Dagum Gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation, and Markov chain method were used to analyze the factual charac-teristics,regional differences, and dynamic evolution law of the coupled coordination degree of medical resources supply and utili-zation in China. Results The coupled coordination level of medical resources supply and utilization in China has been in a barely coordinated situation for a long time. The spatial differentiation presents a distribution state of"high in the east and low in the west".The regional differences in the coordination level mainly come from the inter-regional differences, which are increasing year by year. And the coordination level is in the obvious phenomenon of"grade locking",which needs to be focused on negative transfer. Conclusion The level of coupled coordination between the supply and utilization of medical resources in China needs to be strengthened. There is obviously spatial differentiation in the level of coordination, which is stable and needs sustained efforts to promote its development.
