摘要
AI赋能健康社区建设,为健康城市发展提供创新路径.本文为探索AI群体技术在优化社区健康咨询服务方面的潜力,采用了三阶段实验法进行验证,首先通过人工筛选构造社区常见健康问题合集;其次基于相关问题使用AI群体技术生成针对性健康咨询意见;最后通过德尔菲法和层次分析法,对AI生成的意见进行评估.研究表明,AI群体技术在提供全面、准确、及时和有效的健康咨询方面表现优异,与专家评估高度一致.未来可充分利用AI群体技术提升社区服务智能化水平,以推动健康社区的全面发展.
Abstract
AI empowers the construction of healthy communities and provides innovative paths for the development of healthy cities.The potential of AI group technology in optimizing community health consulting services was explored by using a three-stage experimental method for verification.Firstly,a collection of common health issues in the community was constructed through manual screening.Secondly,targeted health consultation opinions were generated by using AI group technology based on relevant issues.Finally,the opinions generated by AI were evaluated using the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process.The results have shown that AI group technology performs excellently in providing comprehensive,accurate,timely,and effective health con-sultations,which is highly consistent with expert evaluations.In the future,AI group technology can be fully utilized to enhance the intelligence level of community services,and promote the comprehensive development of healthy communities.
