Study on the Acceptance of Internet Medical Treatment and Its Influencing Factors among Residents in Ningxia
Objective To evaluate the acceptance of Internet medical treatment of residents in Ningxia,analyze the weak links and influencing factors affecting its promotion and application,and provide theoretical basis and policy suggestions for the promo-tion and innovation path of Internet medical treatment in Ningxia.Methods The technical acceptance questionnaire(SU-TAQ)was used to conduct survey and construct the acceptance evaluation model,and the association rules were used to explore the fac-tors affecting the residents'acceptance of Internet medical treatment.Results The acceptance score showed that the score was 4 points for increased accessibility,3.3 points for privacy and discomfort,4 points for satisfaction,4 points for medical staff,3.8 points for enhancement medical treatment,and 4 points for replacement equipment.The correlation rules showed that demograph-ic,cognitive,trust and habitual thinking were related to the negative acceptance score.Conclusion The overall situation of Internet medical utilization in Ningxia is good,but there is still room for improvement.The overall acceptance of Internet medical treatment is good,but the level of Internet doctors is questionable.The residents'acceptance of Internet medical treatment is affected by many factors.It is suggested to expand and strengthen the publicity channels and intensity,enhance the public's acceptance,im-prove the policy and regulation system,perfect the supervision system of industry and employees,and gradually break the informa-tion island to realize the information interconnection.
