Evaluation of TCM Medical Insurance Support Policy Based on PMC Index Model
Objective To evaluate the support policy of TCM medical insurance in various provinces and put forward sugges-tions,in order to provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for policy optimization.Methods PMC index model was constructed to compare the policy documents of TCM medical insurance support issued in 16 representative regions.Results The average score of PMC index of TCM medical insurance support policies in sampled regions was 6.85,and its dispersion coefficient was 0.14.In the overall level of policy indicators,the nature,content and perspective of the policy scored high,while the effec-tiveness,issuing agency and direction of the policy scored low.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the coordination of provin-cial policy resources,pay attention to the phasing of policy effectiveness,take into account the multiple roles in the policy process,optimize policy incentives and assessment measures,and value the industrial development and security level,which can improve the comprehensive efficiency and overall level of policies.
