Study on the Optimisation of Criminal Governance Mechanisms for Illegal Medical Offences in the Context of Gov-ernance Modernization Based on Criminal Trial Data in Jiangsu Province in the Past Five Years
Based on the criminal judgments of illegal medical practice in Jiangsu Province in the past five years,the subjec-tive and objective characteristics of crimes of illegal medical practice were analyzed,and the factors to influence the crimes were explored,which showed that the crime of illegal practice of medicine was related to the lack of accessibility of medical services.Some illegal practice of medicine had historical reasons.And the administrative governance needs to be optimized.The criminal justice of illegal practice of medicine in this province has carried out the policy of lighter sentences,and guilty pleas and repen-tance were more common.The criminal justice of illegal practice of medicine in this province has prevented the risk of public health and safety,and realized the governance function.It is suggested to further standardize the conviction and sentencing of ille-gal medical practice trials,and optimise the linkage between execution and punishment,so as to enhance the effectiveness of crim-inal justice in preventing illegal medical practice,optimise the administrative law enforcement so as to assist in the prevention of il-legal medical practice,value the public participation so as to promote the social co-governance of illegal medical practice,and optimise the allocation of medical resources so as to strengthen the governance of illegal medical practice.
