Study on the Behavioral Measurement and Driving Strategy of Residents'Active Utilization of Primary Health Serv-ices
Objective To measure the residents'active use of primary health services, analyze its influencing factors,so as to promote the residents'active health behaviors. Methods Through literature research and expert consultation, the scale of residents'active use of primary health services was designed from four dimensions of communication and dialogue, service acquisition, process trust and result feedback, and used to measure the active use of primary health services by residents aged 60 and above.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of residents'active use of primary health services. Results The test level of the whole scale and each item was consistent with the theoretical conception. The total score of residents'active use of primary health services was(47.67±8.83).Among the four dimensions, the score of process trust behavior was the highest, while the score of communication and dialogue behavior was the lowest. The results of regression analysis showed that the current residence, the number of people living in a household and the type of household registration were statistically different from the ac-tive use of primary health services by residents. Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity, which provides a basis for measuring the residents'active use of primary health services. The active use of primary health services by residents is generally normal.Relevant departments should focus on the health needs of residents, optimize the content of primary health services, pay attention to communication with residents. And residents should also cultivate active health concepts and strengthen active health behaviors.
