Isolation and identification of Lactobacillus from Fermented Dairy Products in Hangzhou
Objective To analyse the isolation and identification of Lactobacillus from Fermented Dairy Products in Hangzhou,and investigate the potential biosafety threat of these probiotics.Methods Six kinds of the most common Fermented Dairy Products were choosen from the market and the lactic acid bacteria were isolated.Antimicrobial susceptibility of 14 common antibiotics was tested with disc diffusion K-B methods after species-level identification.Results 16 Lactobacillus strains were isolated totally.Conclusion Most of the Fermented Dairy Products contain sufficient viable Lactobacillus as required by the national standard.All of the Lactobacillus separate from Fermented Dairy Products have antibiotic resistance.A small quantity of the Lactobacillus are resistant to the multdrug resistant.
