Effect of anti-HPV biological protein dressing combined with Bao-fu-kang Suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HR-HPV infection and its influence on vaginal microecology
Objective To explore the effect of anti-human papillomavirus(HPV)bioprotein dressing(BPD)combined with Bao-fu-kang Suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis(CC)complicated with high-risk HPV infection(HR-HPV)and its influence on vaginal microecology.Methods A total of 106 patients with CC complicated with HR-HPV infection admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bao-fu-kang suppository alone,while the observation group was treated with anti-HPV BPD combined with Bao-fu-kang suppository.The efficacy,HPV negative conversion rate at 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the levels of T helper l(Thl)[interleukin-2(IL-2),in-terleukin-3(IL-3)],Th2[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)]related cytokines before and after treatment,vaginal microecology(flora density,flora diversity,pH),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.34%vs 79.25%,P<0.05).The negative rate of HPV in observation group was higher than that in control group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-3 in observation group were higher,while those of IL-4 and IL-10 were lower than in control group,respectively(all P<0.05).After treatment,the bacterial diversity,bacterial density and pH value in observation group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HR-HPV infection,anti-HPV biological protein dressing combined with Bao-fu-kang supposit-ory can effectively improve the negative rate of HPV,promote the balance of Th1/Th2 immune function,and improve va-ginal microecology,with high safety.
