摘要
口腔菌群作为人体的第二大微生物群,对人体健康具有非常重要的作用.具核梭杆菌是口腔中的常驻菌之一,与其他菌共同维持机体的稳态,现已被证实是结直肠癌最相关的菌属之一,参与结直肠癌的发生、发展以及预后.很多学者根据具核梭杆菌在结直肠癌中的致病机制,寻找以具核梭杆菌为靶点的对结直肠癌进行早期诊断和治疗的新方法.本文阐述了具核梭杆菌在结直肠癌中的致病机制,着重探讨其在结直肠癌的诊断和治疗中的潜在作用,以期为临床诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
As the second largest human microbial community,oral flora plays a very important role in human health.Fus-obacterium nucleatum is one of the resident bacteria in oral cavity.It maintains the homeostasis of the body together with other bacteria.Fusobacterium nucleatum has been proved to be one of the genera most relevant to colorectal cancer.It is involved in the occurrence,development and prognosis of colorectal cancer.In recent years,it has attracted the attention of many scholars.According to the pathogenic mechanism of Fusobacterium nucleatum in colorectal cancer,a new method targeting Fusobacterium nucleatum for early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer is sought.This paper expounds the pathogenic mechanism of Fusobacterium nucleatum in colorectal cancer,and focuses on the potential role of Fusobac-terium nucleatum in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
