Application of exercise for regulating gut microbiota in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of central nervous system that is insidious in onset and pro-gressively developed, with memory impairment, language dysfunction and other cognitive decline as the main symptoms, which can lead to a decline in the patients'ability to perform daily life, mental behavior abnormalities, and a great burden on the family and society.Gut microbiota has been found to not only be an important part of immune and metabolic health, but also play an important role in the development of gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system.Sports medicine,as an emerging treatment, can significantly improve gut microbiota disorders, regulate the function of spleen and stomach, and improve metabolisms and sleep, thus delay the AD progression.By summarizing the effects of exercise and its related factors on the gut microbiota, the prevention and control of AD was discussed in this article.
