摘要
贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)是一株新定义的芽孢菌种,已应用于农业生产中,具有促进生长和抑制病原菌的作用,且具有广谱的抑菌特性.在目前抗生素替代物需求日益增加的现状下,已有研究表明贝莱斯芽孢杆菌可用于植物的疫情防治,在畜禽和水产动物的养殖等畜牧业中能够提高饲料的消化率、抑制致病菌、提高生产性能和防治疾病,同时还可应用于工业生产.本文从贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的简介、研究现状、不同领域的功能以及应用前景等方面进行阐述,以期在当下复杂的生态环境和农业产业结构调整的大环境下为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌应用范围的扩大和功能开发提供参考,从而加快新型微生态制剂的研发.
Abstract
Bacillus velezensis is a newly defined spore species that has been used in agricultural production.It has the ef-fects of promoting growth and inhibiting pathogenic bacteria,and has broad-spectrum antibacterial properties.In the cur-rent situation of increasing demand for research on antibiotic substitutes,studies have shown that Bacillus velezensis can improve feed digestibility,inhibit pathogenic bacteria,improve production performance,fight against diseases when used in animal husbandry such as plants,livestock,poultry and aquaculture,and can be applied to industrial production.This art-icle describes the brief introduction,research status,functions in different fields,and application prospects of Bacillus velezensis.In the current complex ecological environment and research environment of agricultural industrial structure ad-justment,it may provide references for the application scope and functional development of Bacillus velezensis,and speed up the development of new formulations.
