乳杆菌通常是健康女性阴道内的优势菌,在阴道内形成生物膜,通过代谢和炎症等机制来维持阴道内的平衡,保持阴道内的酸性环境,抵抗病原体的入侵和定植。当阴道内微生物群平衡被常见病原体如加德纳菌破坏时,将引发细菌性阴道病。加德纳菌在阴道内形成生物膜后,会增加其耐药性和复发概率,形成难治性细菌性阴道病。本文综述了乳杆菌和加德纳菌生物膜的形成对阴道微环境的影响,探讨两者生物膜的相互作用机制,进一步揭示病原体生物膜对HPV感染的影响,为临床治疗病原体生物膜引起的感染提供新的策略。
Interaction and significance of biofilms of Gardnerella and Lactobacillus in vagina
Lactobacillus is generally the dominant bacteria in the vagina of healthy women,where forms the bacteria biofilm.It maintains the balance in the vagina through metabolic and inflammatory mechanisms and so on,maintains the acidic environment in the vagina,and fights against pathogen invasion and colonization.Bacterial vaginosis is caused when pathogens such as Gardnerella disrupt the balance of the microbiota in the vagina.Gardnerella forms biofilm in the va-gina,which enhances its drug resistance and increases the recurrence probability,and results in refractory bacterial vaginos-is.This article reviews the impacts of biofilm formation of Lactobacillus and Gardnerella on vaginal microenvironment,discusses the mechanism of the interaction between their biofilms,further excavates the influence of pathogen biofilm on HPV infection,and provides new strategies for the treatment of infections caused by clinical pathogen biofilm.
