The levels of serum HSP70 and PD-L1 in patients with threatened abortion and their correlation with vaginal microecological indicators
Objective To analyze the serum levels of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)in patients with threatened abortion and their correlation with vaginal microecological indicators, providing a reference for the treatment. Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,98 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital were included as the case group, and 100 healthy pregnant women who underwent physical examination were as the health group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was applied to detect serum levels of HSP70 and PD-L1,high-throughput sequencing was applied to analyze the species and abundance of vaginal flora in pregnant women.Pearson method was applied to analyze the levels of serum HSP70 and PD-L1,and their correlation with vaginal microecological indicators and inflammatory factors. Results The serum levels of HSP70 and PD-L1 in case group were obviously lower than those in healthy group(all P<0.05).The relative abundances of Actinomycetota,Pseudomonadota and Bacteroidota in case group were obviously higher than those in health group, and the relative abundance of Fusobacteria was obviously lower than that in health group(all P<0.05).At the genus level, the relative abundances of Gardnerella and Pleurotus in case group were obviously higher than those in health group(all P<0.05),and those of Streptococcus and Fusobacterium in the two groups were not obviously different(all P>0.05).There was an obvious difference in vaginal pH between case group and healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-6 in case group were obviously higher, while that of IL-4 was lower than that in healthy group(all P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum levels of HSP70 and PD-L1 were positively correlated(r=0.409,P<0.001),and both levels were negatively correlated with Actinomy-cetota,Pseudomonadota,Bacteroidota,Gardnerella,Prevotella,TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-6,while positively correlated with Fusobacteria and IL-4(all P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of HSP70 and PD-L1 in patients with threatened abortion decrease, and are closely related to vaginal microbiota indicators.
