肠道菌群与肠道上皮细胞线粒体相互作用的研究进展

肠道菌群与肠道上皮细胞线粒体在来源、功能和结构等诸多方面密切相关。肠道菌群及其代谢产物可通过调节肠道上皮细胞的能量代谢来影响线粒体的功能。同时,肠道上皮细胞线粒体也对肠道菌群的丰度和分布等有一定的影响。肠道菌群与肠道上皮细胞线粒体的相互作用主要体现在活性氧水平和Ca2+稳态两个方面。本文重点阐述了肠道菌群与肠道上皮细胞线粒体相互作用中活性氧水平与Ca2+稳态的研究新进展,为临床针对性调节肠道菌群和肠道上皮细胞线粒体,达到调节肠道功能、改善相关疾病的目的。
Interaction between gut microbiota and mitochondria of intestinal epithelial cells:research progress
Gut microbiota are closely related to mitochondria of intestinal epithelial cells in many aspects such as source,function and structure.Gut microbiota and their metabolites can affect the function of mitochondria in intestinal epithelial cells by regulating energy metabolism.Meanwhile,mitochondria of intestinal epithelial cells also influence the abundance and distribution of gut microbiota.The interaction between gut microbiota and mitochondria of intestinal epithelial cells is mainly reflected in two aspects:reactive oxygen species(ROS)level and Ca2+homeostasis.This article focuses on the new progress in research on ROS level and Ca2+homeostasis in the interaction between gut microbiota and mitochondria of in-testinal epithelial cells,so as to provide reference for clinical targeted regulation of gut microbiota and mitochondria of in-testinal epithelial cells to regulate intestinal function and improve related diseases.
