Progress in research on ginseng rhizosphere microecology
The rhizosphere is the key zone of plants, known as the second genome of plants.More and more studies have proved that the rhizosphere microbiota is closely related to the phenotypes of plants.Rhizosphere microorganisms are part of the host and are increasingly recognized for their fundamental role in plant growth and health. The plant-associated mi-crobiome can provide benefits to plants through direct or indirect mechanisms, including growth promotion, stress control, and defense against pests and diseases. The imbalance of rhizosphere micro-ecosystem is the main cause of succession cropping obstacle. The related research on the ginseng rhizosphere micro-ecology will lay the groundwork for the breaking of ginseng succession cropping obstacle, and has guiding significance for the management of ginseng cultivation soil. This paper mainly expounds the progress in research on ginseng rhizosphere micro-ecosystem from the aspects of variety, age and growth period, soil type and treatment, environmental factors,inter-relationship of microorganisms, succession crop-ping obstacle,in order to provide scientific thinking and important references for research on ginseng rhizosphere microe-cology.
