益生菌胆盐水解酶的研究进展

近些年来,肠道微生物越来越多地与新陈代谢、健康和疾病联系在一起。胆盐水解酶(bile salt hy-drolase,BSH)是一类由肠道微生物合成的,可以将胆汁酸盐水解成胆汁酸和盐。这种解耦联作用不仅能帮助人体吸收和利用营养物质,而且直接或间接地参与宿主和肠道微生物的多种生理活动。因此,胆盐水解酶在人体内发挥着不可替代的作用。本文简要介绍了胆盐水解酶,总结了胆盐水解酶的底物特异性,并就胆盐水解酶对宿主、益生菌和有害微生物的影响进行讨论。
Bile salt hydrolase in probiotics:research progress
In recent years,the gut microbiota has been increasingly linked to metabolism,health and disease.Bile salt hy-drolase(BSH)is a class of enzymes synthesized by intestinal microorganisms,which can hydrolyze bile salts into bile acids and salts.The deconjugation not only helps the human body to absorb and utilize nutrients,but also directly or indirectly participates in a variety of physiological activities of host and intestinal microorganisms.Therefore,BSH plays an irre-placeable key role in the human body.In this paper,we introduced the BSH briefly,summarized the specificity of BSH substrate,and discussed the effects of BSH on host,probiotics and harmful microorganisms.
