Relationship between inflammatory response mediated by oral microflora-shaped lung microflora and respiratory diseases:research progress
The balance of microflora is very important for the body to maintain health. In the past, people focused on the relationship between the imbalance of intestinal microflora and diseases. The related research on intestinal microflora and human health is comprehensive and in-depth.The lung used to be considered sterile, which did not cause people to observe the relationship between the imbalance of lung microflora and diseases. With the emergence and vigorous development of bacterial 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology, some studies have shown that a variety of bacteria exist in healthy lung specimens, indicating that healthy people have bacterial colonization in the lungs.Under the joint regula-tion of the immune system and microecological balance of lung, diseases will not develop. However, when the body's im-munity declines or inflammatory reaction is induced, the ecological balance of the lung microflora is broken, which affects the occurrence and development of disease.Microflora balance is closely related to human health, while there are few stud-ies based on the relationship between the shaping effect of oral microflora on lung microflora and respiratory diseases. This article provides a review on the relationship between inflammation mediated by the shaping of oral microflora on lung mi-croflora and respiratory diseases.
