摘要

类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种自身免疫性疾病,发病率高,致残率高,严重影响患者的生活质量.早期RA主要由免疫系统驱动,症状多不明显或没有症状,若在早期进行治疗干预,免疫系统可能更容易趋向"正常化".目前临床上常用抗风湿药物治疗早期RA,但不良反应较多且疗效欠佳,亟需安全有效的治疗策略.近年来,基于肠道菌群治疗早期RA的粪菌移植已成为该领域的研究热点.粪菌移植作为一种潜在的治疗方法,可以通过重建肠道菌群的生态平衡来改善免疫系统功能障碍,从而达到治疗目的.本文主要综述粪菌移植治疗肠道疾病的研究进展,并探讨肠道菌群治疗早期RA的可行性.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease with a high incidence rate and disability rate,which seri-ously affects the quality of life of patients.Early RA is mainly driven by the immune system,with mostly inconspicuous or asymptomatic symptoms.If treatment interventions are carried out in the early stages,the immune system may be more prone to"normalization".At present,anti-rheumatic drugs are commonly used in the treatment of early RA in clinical prac-tice,but they have many side effects and poor efficacy.There is an urgent need for safe and effective treatment strategies.In recent years,gut microbiota based fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)for the treatment of early RA has become a re-search hotspot.FMT,as a potential treatment method,can restore immune system dysfunction by rebuilding the ecological balance of intestinal microbiota to achieve therapeutic goals.This article mainly provides an overview of FMT for the treat-ment of intestinal diseases,and explores the feasibility of gut microbiota therapy for early RA.
