摘要
随着基于细菌DNA分析的宏基因组测序技术的发展,人们对肠道菌群的认知有了质的飞跃.肠道菌群在时间和空间上个体差异很大,这对肠道菌群在医学应用上的进展造成了障碍.肠型概念的提出实现了对人类肠道菌群进行降维分析的第一步,为临床的应用研究带来便利.然而,随着对肠型研究的增多,出现了对肠型是否存在以及是否合理的质疑.本文通过总结肠型的起源、发展及临床应用的最新研究成果来解释上述问题,希望不仅能更加全面地认识肠道稳态,也能为建立最具代表性和说明力的肠型分类模型提供理论依据和潜在的研究思路.
Abstract
With the development of microbiome sequencing technology based on bacterial DNA analysis,advances in un-derstanding the intestinal microbiota have been significantly achieved.The intestinal microbiota differs from person to per-son both in terms of time and space,which sets up a long-held barrier to the progress of medical application.Contributing to removing the barrier,the concept of enterotypes has provided a remarkable first step to dimensionality reduction analys-is of intestinal microbiota,bringing convenience to clinical application and research as well.Nevertheless,increasing re-search on enterotypes is raising questions about its existence and rationality.This study sheds light on this question by sum-marizing the latest research findings on enterotypes with respect to their origin,development and clinical applications,hop-ing to not only reach a comprehensive understanding of intestinal homeostasis,but also provide theoretical basis and poten-tial research ideas for the achievement of the most representative and persuasive enterotypes classification models.
