摘要

炎症性肠病是一种胃肠道慢性炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病,其病理生理机制与肠道菌群、免疫功能、环境和遗传有关.炎症性肠病易引起缺铁性贫血.缺铁性贫血会影响患者的认知、情感和工作能力等各方面,增加患者的住院率和经济负担.肠道菌群构成人体肠道的生物屏障,在数量和种类上保持着一定的动态平衡.而缺铁性贫血会引起肠道菌群的改变,可能会促进炎症性肠病的进展.同时,炎症性肠病合并缺铁性贫血时,因患者肠道炎症的存在和肠道菌群的改变,使补铁疗效欠佳.本文就目前肠道菌群与炎症性肠病合并缺铁性贫血的相关研究进展作一综述.

Abstract

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic inflammatory disease of gastrointestinal tract,including ulcerat-ive colitis and Crohn's disease.Its pathophysiological mechanism is related to intestinal flora,immune function,environ-mental factors and genetic inheritance.Patients with IBD are prone to iron deficiency anemia(IDA).IDA affects patients'cognition,emotion,working ability and other aspects,and increases the hospitalization rate and economic burden of pa-tients.Intestinal flora constitutes the biological barrier of human intestinal tract.Intestinal flora maintains a certain dynam-ic balance in quantity and species.IDA causes changes in intestinal flora that may contribute to the progression of IBD.Meanwhile,the effect of iron supplementation is not good in IBD complicated with IDA due to the presence of intestinal inflammation and changes in intestinal flora.This paper summarizes the current progress in research on the correlation between intestinal flora and IBD and IDA.
