Objective To understand the current situation of pre-hospital medical emergency standards in China,and to provide reference for promoting the standardization and homogenization of pre-hospital medical emergency con-struction.Methods Related standards of pre-hospital medical emergency were retrieved from standard information public service platforms,and descriptive statistical analysis and word cloud analysis were carried out.Results From 1975 to 2022,57 standards related to pre-hospital medical emergency were issued in China,with 40 leading and 307 participating in the drafting of standards.The focus of pre-hospital medical emergency related standards had gradually changed from emergency vehicles and emergency equipment to service standards for the injured and sick,information,and emergency institution construction.Conclusion The total amount of relevant standards for pre-hospital medical emergency in China is small,the content coverage is narrow,and no standard system has been formed.It is necessary to seize the new opportunities for the development of pre-hospital medical emergency,optimize the framework system of pre-hospital medical emergency standards,timely formulate and revise the pre-hospital medical emergency standards,and continue to do a good job in training and publicity.
