By combing the defects of the three-level ward round system in China,and drawing on the advantages of the attending physician responsibility system,the"Re-Enpowerment,Dual-Evaluation,Dual-Equipment,Dual-Model(REDEEM)"medical management mode was constructed.In order to promote the reform of public hospitals and the high-quality development of medical services in China,some suggestions were put forward from the level of govern-ment,hospitals,departments and individual doctors.
