摘要

运用问卷调查法对北京市属医院组织部门和高知群体进行调研,了解高知群体党员发展工作现状,分析北京市属医院高知群体党员发展工作存在的问题,并通过访谈法深入分析原因,建立"四个三"高知群体党员发展工作机制,为公立医院高知群体党员发展工作提供参考,以进一步提升党建工作质量,促进公立医院高质量发展.

Abstract

Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the organizational departments and prominent intellectuals of Beijing municipal hospitals to understand the current situation of prominent intellectuals Party members development,analyze the problems existing in prominent intellectuals Party members development of Beijing municipal hospitals,and analyze the reasons through interview,establish a"four threes"prominent intellectuals Party members development working mechanism,and provide reference for public hospitals to develop prominent intellectuals Party members,so as to further improve the quality of Party building work,promote high quality development of public hospitals.
