摘要
标准化管理已经被各级医院管理者认同与接受,并在医院管理中持续探索与实践.针对国内外医疗质量安全突出问题,中国医院协会组织并初步完成了《中国医院质量安全管理》系列团体标准编制和实践探索.介绍了试点医院在落实《中国医院质量安全管理》系列标准的实践探索.内容包括如何将标准要素和条款转化为日常标准化管理的要点,实施常态化管理;依据标准如何提炼医疗质量安全管理核心量化指标,并结合实际动态管理;如何应用信息化技术实现医疗质量安全核心指标运行监测等.
Abstract
Standardized management has been recognized and accepted by hospital managers at all levels,and it continues to explore and practice in hospital management.In view of the outstanding problems of medical quality and safety at home and abroad,the Chinese Hospital Association organized and initially completed the compilation and prac-tice exploration of a series of group standards for"Chinese Hospital Quality and Safety Management".This paper intro-duced the practice and exploration of pilot hospitals in implementing the series standards of"Chinese Hospital Quality and Safety Management".The content included how to convert the standard elements and term into the main points of daily standardized management and implement normal management,how to extract the core quantitative indicators of medical quality and safety management according to the standard,and combine the actual dynamic management,and how to use information technology to achieve operation monitoring of the core indicators of medical quality and safety.
