Objective To study the application of the"Part 2-12:Patient Services Clinical Medicine"of Chinese"Hos-pital Quality and Safety Management"group standards in pharmaceutical services of narcotic drugs.Methods By decom-posing the standards of clinical medication,based on the three dimensions of drug management,medication medical or-der,and medication service,the use of revising management system,upgrading software facilities,equipped with hard-ware facilities,improvement of medication services,standard training to ensure the effectiveness of standard application.Results After standard application,the registration rate of the prescription number of narcotic drugs was increased by 57.1 percentage points,the qualified rate of inpatient orders of narcotic drugs increased by 6.2%,the qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions increased by 2.3%,the satisfaction of pain control increased by 2.4 percentage points,and the related management system of narcotic drugs became more detailed and comprehensive.Conclusion After the applica-tion of the standard,the standardization,information and intelligent management of the whole process of narcotic drugs were realized,and the quality of pharmaceutical care of narcotic drugs was enhanced.
