Objective To explore the application effect of standard operating procedures(SOP)in safety manage-ment of Disinfection Supply Center.Methods To implement the"Part 3-5:Medical Security Disinfection Supply Standard"in the group standard of Chinese"Hospital Quality and Safety Management",the department formulated and audited the standardized template of SOP,and conducted training and implementation after completion of the audit.Results After SOP application,the qualified rate of cleaning quality,finishing time,packaging error rate and the num-ber of lost instruments were significantly improved,and the theoretical and operational assessment scores of relevant per-sonnel were improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The group standard practice significantly improved the safety management of the Disinfection Supply Center,standardized the operation process of the Disinfection Supply Center,and guaranteed the safety of patients.
