The"Evaluation Standards for Tertiary Hospitals(2020 edition)"emphasizes the use of information means to strengthen daily supervision,with objective indicators as the evaluation elements,which provides a new per-spective for provinces to formulate implementation rules.By elaborating the preparation and implementation process of"the Implementation Rules for Hospital Evaluation Standards in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(2021 edition)",this paper proposes the quantitative index design scheme of the combination of"assessment index plus monitoring index",sets the key and reliable quantitative indicators as"assessment index",and sets different scoring rules according to the"structure-process-result"model classification,and as the main content of the review.The"monitoring indicators"are scored using a three-dimensional model and focus on comprehensive monitoring and data collection.After the review practice,the national standard has been implemented in Inner Mongolia,the quality of medical management data has been significantly improved,and the information-based review and evaluation has been realized,which has promoted the level of medical quality management.
