Objective To improve the compliance rate of nutritional support for patients undergoing surgery for head and neck cancer.Methods Problem solving quality control circle activities were carried out,and quality management tools were used to contin-uously improve the nutritional support status of patients undergoing head and neck cancer surgery.The measures included multi-disci-plinary linkage construction of nutrition management program for patients with head and neck cancer,implementation of early swallo-wing and feeding training,construction of intelligent whole-process management mode,and diversified training.Results The com-pliance rate of nutrition support increased from 54.36%to 84.88%,which provided a safe and effective nutrition management scheme for patients undergoing head and neck cancer surgery.Conclusion By carrying out quality control circle activities,the nutritional compli-ance rate of patients undergoing head and neck cancer surgery can be increased,the therapeutic effect of patients can be effectively im-proved,and the quality of medical treatment and nursing care can be enhanced.
