Clinical specialty capacity development is the cornerstone of high-quality development in hospitals.Ac-cording to the high-quality development requirements of public hospitals and the construction goals of high-level hos-pitals,based on medical big data,Shanghai Hospital Development Center built a clinical specialty ability evaluation sys-tem,established the catalogue of core diseases and key technologies,built the platform of specialty performance analysis,and carried out the evaluation of clinical specialty performance,so as to further improve the development level of Shang-hai municipal hospitals.It was suggested to further optimize and improve the specialty ability evaluation system,strengthen positive guidance,trengthen mutual learning among hospitals,build a high-level professional team,in-tegrate specialty advantages into high-quality medical services,comprehensively enhance the ability of clinical science and technology innovation,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals with high-level discipline and spe-cialty construction.
