Specialty ability is the core competitiveness of hospital's high-quality development.Shanghai Hospital Development Center has built a clinical specialty ability evaluation system based on four dimensions of clinical service,technical level,medical quality and development ability through innovative specialty case collection methods and relying on the big data of clinical information exchange platform of medical union.Relying on the clinical information exchange platform of medical union to obtain relevant data of Shanghai municipal hospitals to carry out specialty ability evaluation,the evaluation results can show the development level of various specialties of municipal hospitals and provide a basis for the construction of specialty capacity of hospitals.
