摘要
专科能力是医院内涵建设的根本.上海市某三甲综合医院从开展专科评估、遴选重点专科、完善专科设置、凝练专科发展方向、确定专科发展任务、搭建专科发展平台、建设人才队伍、完善管理机制 8 个方面加强专科能力建设,使专科服务能力、技术水平、质量安全和发展能力得到提高.认为,找准发展定位,提供高品质医疗服务,开展高水平临床研究和成果转化,加强专科运营管理,推进智慧医院建设,是进一步提升专科能力的发展方向.
Abstract
Specialty capacity is the essence of the hospital connotation construction.A tertiary general hospital in Shanghai had strengthened its specialty capacity construction through eight aspects:conducting specialty evaluation,selecting key special-ties,improving specialty setting,refining specialty development directions,determining specialty development tasks,building specialty development platforms,building talent teams,and improving management mechanism.As a result,the specialty serv-ice capacity,technical level,quality and safety,and development ability had been enhanced.It will be a new approach to the spe-cialty capacity building by finding the right position of development,providing high-quality medical services,conducting high-level clinical research and achievement transformation,promoting specialty operation management,and strengthening the build-ing of smart hospitals.
