Objective To analyze the risk factors of inducing occupational burnout of hospital administrative per-sonnel and prevent job burnout of hospital administrative personnel.Methods 120 administrative personnel were se-lected to collect general data.Occupational burnout questionnaire was used to evaluate the level of occupational burnout of the subjects.Occupational identity questionnaire was used to evaluate occupational identity.Results The hospital administrative staff had moderate burnout,and the working years,educational background,technical title and weekly average working time were the factors leading to burnout.Conclusion Occupational fatigue was common among the included hospital administrative personnel.It is of great significance to take measures to prevent occupational burnout of hospital administrative personnel.
