Selection Mechanism of Incubation Center of Characteristic Departments in Primary Medical Institutions under the Background of Hier-archical Diagnosis and Treatment:a Case Study of Nanjing
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the selection of incubation centers of characteris-tic departments in primary medical institutions under the background of hierarchical medical system,so as to provide ref-erence for the selection of incubation centers of characteristic departments in provincial and municipal primary medical in-stitutions.Methods The evaluation indicators of incubation center selection were established through expert consulta-tion and interview,and the weight of the indicators was determined by analytic hierarchy process.The corresponding sco-ring rules were formulated through expert consultation and interview.Results The evaluation index system for the selection of incubation centers of characteristic departments in primary medical institutions consisted of 5 first-level in-dicators and 14 second-level indicators.Among the first-level indicators,the weights of target task(0.296 5),project introduction(0.296 5)and expected effect(0.207 0)were higher.Among the secondary indicators,the combination weight of incubation effectiveness of primary characteristic departments(0.155 2),specific implementation methods and measures of incubation projects(0.148 2),incubation team formation(0.098 8),investigation of the needs and applica-tion of this professional field in primary care(0.088 9),and formulation of personalized incubation plans for primary characteristic departments(0.088 9)was higher.Conclusion The evaluation index system for the selection of incuba-tion centers of characteristic departments in primary health institutions is scientific and reliable,and can provide a scien-tific tool for selection of incubation centers.
