目的 对中外医疗质量与安全管理模式进行比较分析.方法 利用Nvivo软件对CNKI、Web of Sci-ence数据库中医疗质量与安全管理模式相关文献进行分析,探究其中的差异性,构建中外医疗质量与安全管理模式差异模型.结果 中外医疗质量与安全管理模式在人员管理、技术与工具、服务流程、组织治理、组织文化、员工结果、患者结果、质量持续改进等8个方面存在差异.结论 我国医疗质量与安全管理要进一步完善人才培养机制,利用创新技术,应用先进管理工具,提升组织治理水平,加快组织文化建设,重视员工职业发展,深化质量安全持续改进,在注重结果质量的同时更加重视结构质量和过程质量,从而促进我国医疗质量与安全可持续健康发展.
Objective To compare and analyze the management mode of medical quality and safety between China and foreign countries.Methods The Nvivo software was used to analyze the literature contents of medical quality and safety management in CNKI and Web of Science databases respectively,explore the differences,and build a difference model of medical quality and safety management between China and foreign countries.Results There were differences between Chinese and foreign medical quality and safety management mode in eight aspects:personnel management,technology and tools,service process,organizational governance,organizational culture,employee outcomes,patient outcomes,and quality continuous improvement.Conclusion China's medical quality and safety management should further improve the talent training mechanism,use innovative technologies and tools,accelerate the application of ad-vanced management tools,improve the level of organizational governance,accelerate the construction of organizational culture,attach importance to employee career development,deepen the continuous improvement of quality and safety,and strengthen the attention of structural quality and process quality while focusing on the quality of results,so as to pro-mote China's medical quality and safety comprehensive,efficient,sustainable high-quality development.
