Objective To establish a quality evaluation index system with oncology specialty characteristics and car-ry out its application.Methods The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)were used to construct an index system and determine the weights of each level of indicators.The Management by Objectives(MBO)approach and the O/E value were used to analyze the indicator system.Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of Delphi experts was 100％,and the authority coefficient was 0.837 and 0.859 respectively.The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of experts ranged from 0.290 to 0.312.The constructed evaluation system included 4 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators,and 47 tertiary indicators.The CR values of each level of indicators were all＜0.1,indicating good rationality of weight.The number of level-3 indicators that reached the set target value in sample hospital in 2022 was 32,with a compliance rate of 68.09％.Conclusion The index system has certain scientificity,reliability,and applica-bility,which provide an evaluation tool for improving the level of regional tumor prevention and treatment.
