摘要
目的 对护士关怀行为评估工具进行质量评价,为护理管理者选择高质量的评估工具提供参考.方法 检索PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Medline、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中护士关怀行为评估工具相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年3月.采用健康测量工具选择的共识标准(COSMIN)对纳入评估工具的方法学质量和测量属性质量进行评价,采用改良版证据质量评价及推荐强度评级指南(GRADE)对评估工具进行证据分级和分类推荐.结果 共纳入9个护士关怀行为评估工具,均未报告效标效度、测量误差、反应度.4个评估工具为A级推荐,5个评估工具为B级推荐.结论 护士关怀行为评估工具的方法学质量有待提高,测量属性有待进一步验证.未来应对现有评估工具进行完善和验证,开发本土化评估工具.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of nurse caring behaviors assessment tools,so as to provide refer-ences for the selection of high-quality assessment tools.Methods The PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,MedLine,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM were electronically searched to collect studies on the instru-ments of measuring nurse caring behaviors from their inception to March 2023.The methodological and measurement properties quality of the included assessment tools were evaluated by the Consensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement Instruments(COSMIN)guideline,and the modified Grading of Recommendations Assessment,De-velopment of Evaluation(GRADE)was used to classify the grade of evidence and recommendations of the tools.Re-sults A total of 9 nursing care behavior evaluation tools were included,and none of them reported the criterion validity,measurement error,and reactivity.Four evaluation tools were Class A recommendations and five evaluation tools were Class B recommendations.Conclusion The methodological quality of nursing care behavior assessment tools needs to be improved and the measurement attributes need to be further verified.In the future,existing assessment tools should be further improved and verified,and localized assessment tools should be developed.
