目的 系统回顾离散选择实验(DCE)应用于医务人员激励偏好的相关研究,为制订医务人员激励策略提供参考.方法 在PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、维普和万方等数据库中检索相关文献,从DCE实施步骤和医务人员激励偏好两个方面进行归纳整理.结果 共纳入24篇文献.医务人员激励偏好包括经济属性和非经济属性两个方面,经济属性主要体现在薪酬,非经济属性主要体现在工作强度、职业发展机会、工作氛围、医院发展、医患关系及工作地点,薪酬是出现频次最多的激励属性.结论 利用DCE方法能够量化医务人员激励偏好.相关部门可充分考虑经济和非经济激励属性,制订合理的医务人员激励策略.
Objective To systematically review the related research on the application of Discrete Choice Experiment(DCE)in medical staff's incentive preference,to provide reference for formulating the incentive strategy of medical staff.Meth-ods Relevant literatures were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases,and summarized from two aspects of DCE implementation steps and incentive preferences of medical staff.Results A total of 24 literatures were included.The incentive preference of medical staff included economic attributes and non-economic attributes.The econom-ic attributes were mainly reflected in salary and welfare,while the non-economic attributes were mainly reflected in work inten-sity,career development opportunities,working atmosphere,hospital development,doctor-patient relationship and work place.Salary was the incentive attribute that occurred most frequently.Conclusion Preference can be quantified by DCE.Relevant departments can fully consider the economic and non-economic incentive attributes and formulate reasonable incentive strategies for medical personnel.
