Diagnosis Related Groups(DRG)is widely used in medical insurance payment and performance evalua-tion,which can promote the transparency and fairness of medical services.In the process of domestic practice,different DRG versions had been derived.Based on the theory of appropriate technology,both C-DRG and CN-DRG were used for performance management,C-DRG was used for medical insurance payment,CN-DRG is used for performance e-valuation,and intelligent performance management system was applied to realize digital operation management.The dual DRG performance management mode can take into account the internal management and external payment of the hospi-tal,improve the operating efficiency of the hospital,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
