In view of the disadvantages of traditional manual special need admission process,the special need ad-mission management system was constructed by using agile software development method,which mainly included three functional modules:special need bed management,pending admission management for special need,and sign bed man-agement for special need,so as to realize the pending admission management and intelligent beds management for special needs.After the application,the average admission registration time and admission processing time of patients were shortened,and the satisfaction of medical staff and patients were improved.The special need admission management sys-tem can improve the work efficiency of medical staff,improve the quality of hospital service,and improve the medical ex-perience of patients.
