Human resources are the core of improving hospital management efficiency.In order to solve the problem of scientific assignment of posts in functional departments of public hospitals,the concept of"four settings and one as-sessment"was introduced,and the combination of setting post,setting staff,setting responsibility,setting salary,and performance assessment was used to improve the current management situation of hospital functional departments and improve work efficiency to reduce personnel cost and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
