Objective To construct the process management mode of acute ischemic stroke based on the positioning two-dimensional code technology and explore the clinical application value.Methods Before and after the application of the management mode,the total time of intravenous thrombolysis,the duration of each time node,the number of days in hospital and the cost of hospitalization were compared,and the writing time,writing errors and defects of nurses in the e-mergency department were compared.Results The process of acute ischemic stroke based on positioning two-dimen-sional code technology could effectively shorten door to needle time(DNT)(P<0.001),and the writing time of nursing records could be significantly shortened(P<0.001),and the writing quality could be improved.Conclusion The process data can be accurately captured by positioning two-dimensional code technology,and the corresponding nursing re-cords can be generated while the process timeline is generated,which provides data support for continuous quality improve-ment of stroke process and has reference value for the establishment of advanced stroke centers.
