The low proportion of level-four surgery is the bottleneck of the promotion of ambulatory surgery.Taking thoracic surgery as an example,from the selection of surgical types and the guarantee measures of medical quality and safety,we explored the ambulatoryization of level-four thoracic elective surgery.Through the construction of basic medical security system,the optimization of key surgical technologies,the application of the whole process of surgical tracer quality control system,the strengthening of surgical information construction,and the optimization of diagnosis and treatment service mode,a new path for the management of complex thoracic ambulatory surgery was explored.
