摘要
目的 构建阿尔茨海默病患者全链式认知管理模式,改善患者认知功能.方法 针对阿尔茨海默病患者认知管理现状,开展课题研究型品管圈活动,从院前、院中、院后三个维度挖掘攻坚点,并多方拟定对策,对患者进行干预.结果 家属疾病相关知识知晓率由 45.88%提升至 96.47%;患者自我管理能力得分由 60.36 分提升至 82.31分,认知障碍改善得分由 3.45 分提升至 5.22 分,认知训练依从率由 55.29%提升至 97.65%,健康素养水平良好率由52.94%提升至 81.18%.结论 通过开展品管圈活动,构建了基于 ICF理论的阿尔茨海默病患者全链式认知管理模式,提高了患者自我管理能力及家属疾病知识知晓率,改善了患者认知功能,提升了患者健康素养水平.
Abstract
Objective To construct a full-chain cognitive management mode for Alzheimer's disease patients,im-prove the cognitive function of patients.Methods In view of the current status of cognitive management of patients with Alzheimer's disease,the research quality control circle activities were carried out to explore the key points from the three as-pects of pre-hospital,in-hospital and post-hospital,and formulate countermeasures in various ways to intervene in pa-tients.Results The awareness rate of family members'disease-related knowledge increased from 45.88%to 96.47%,the score of patients'self-management ability increased from 60.36 to 82.31,the score of cognitive impairment improve-ment increased from 3.45 to 5.22,and the compliance rate of cognitive training increased from 55.29%to 97.65%.The rate of good health literacy increased from 52.94%to 81.18%.Conclusion By carrying out quality control circle activi-ties,a full-chain cognitive management mode of Alzheimer's disease patients based on ICF theory was established,which improved patients'self-management ability and family's awareness of disease knowledge,improved patients'cognitive func-tion and enhanced patients'health literacy.
