基于SWOT分析的江苏某三级公立中医院多院区高质量发展路径研究

摘要
目的 分析江苏某三级公立中医院多院区建设的现状和发展战略.方法 运用 SWOT方法分析该院多院区建设的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,评价中医药服务能力、医疗资源配置、面临的政策形势等.结果 院区差异化发展和管理难度进一步增加,医疗质量同质化和人才储备存在挑战,医院管理模式仍需不断优化等.结论 要通过发挥中医药特色优势,借力高水平医院建设,深化绩效改革和薪酬管理,健全人才培养体制机制和强化科研组织体系等推动多院区高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation and development strategy of multi-district hospital con-struction in a tertiary public traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province.Methods SWOT method was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the hospital in the construction of multi-dis-trict,and to evaluate the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine,the allocation of medical resources and the policy situation faced by the hospital.Results The difficulty of differentiated development and management of hospital dis-tricts was further increased,and the homogenization of medical quality and talent reserve were challenged,and the hospi-tal management mode still needed to be continuously optimized.Conclusion It is necessary to promote the high-quality development of multi-districts hospital by giving full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,taking advantage of the construction of high-level hospitals,deepening the performance reform and salary management,perfecting the personnel training system and strengthening the scientific research organization system.
