摘要
医疗质量安全是医疗管理的核心内容.上海申康医院发展中心运用信息技术,创建了省部级层面的医疗质量安全信息监管平台,将不良事件管理、静脉血栓栓塞症管理、危急值闭环管理、抗菌药物使用管理以及非计划再次手术管理等 5 个关键目标作为功能模块,实现了医疗质量安全的标准化建设及信息化管理.平台的建立,可促进监管模式变革,实现医疗质量安全的信息化监管,有助于构建医疗质量安全共建共治新格局.
Abstract
Medical quality and safety are the core contents of medical management.Shanghai Hospital Development Center has created a"Medical Quality and Safety Information Supervision Platform"at the provincial and ministerial level by using information technology.The platform focuses on five medical quality and safety management indicators,inclu-ding adverse event management,venous thromboembolism management,critical value closed-loop management,anti-microbial drug use management,and unplanned re-operation management,etc.,and realizes the standardized construc-tion and information management of medical quality and safety.The establishment of the platform can promote the re-form of the regulatory mode,realize the information-based supervision of medical quality and safety,and help build a new pattern of co-construction and co-governance of medical quality and safety.
